Popular Moscato Brand 'Salt of the Earth' Meets Consumer Demand With Two New Wines

MADERA, CA, July 9, 2024 - Sweet wine brand Salt of the Earth announced the release of two new wines - Moscato Rosito and Rubino Black - now available in stores. Salt of the Earth is made by internationally celebrated sweet wine producer Quady Winery.

Behind Quady wines are 49 years of sweet winemaking expertise, with a focus on muscat varietals that thrive in the warm climate of California's San Joaquin Valley.

"I am so proud of our talented winemaking team, Darin Peterson and Crystal Weaver-Kiessling," said Andrew Quady, Co-Founder and President of Quady Winery. "They hit the target with these two wines. Customers will be very happy."

Moscato Rosito is not a traditional rosé; it is a rosé crafted for sweet wine fans. This new Salt of the Earth wine presents a lively tartness on the palate, with a hint of fruit and citrus - characteristics of the distinctive Muscat varietals used to make it. Moscato Rosito is the third Moscato wine under the Salt of the Earth label. It joins Flore de Moscato, a white Moscato, and Moscato Rubino, a red Moscato.

Branching out from the Moscato line is the new semi-sweet wine from Salt of the Earth, Rubino Black. Made from a blend of sweet Black Muscat and dry red varietals, Rubino Black has dark fruit characteristics with less sweetness than Salt of the Earth Moscatos.

Salt of the Earth wines are sold in 19 states across the nation, including California, with plans for expansion into additional states in the coming year. To learn more about Salt of the Earth and find out if it's located in your area, visit SaltoftheEarthWine.com.
