The Space

Sunshine Ridge is ideal for 1-2 couples or parents with kids. It comfortably accommodates 4, 6 max (with only 1 bathroom). There is an extra fee for additional guests after the first 2.

It is all yours—the entire house*, deck, and backyard.
Other Things to Note
We offer a space that only uses natural cleaning products, with no scented soaps, detergents, or candles. We have worked hard to create a vacation rental where someone with environmental sensitivities or allergies can stay. This is why we have a strict no pets and no smoking policy.
Additionally, all of our towels are plush and hotel-grade, our pillows are brand new, and the two queen beds will lull you to sleep in their 1000-thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets. Ahhh...
We use non-chlorinated products in our hot tub and provide filtered water from our refrigerator. So, we ask that guests be kind to the Earth and avoid using single-use plastic for water.
Off-Limits
The back room, the side entrance, and the shed area (right side of the house) are off-limits. There might be times we will occupy this side of the house while we live in our van during your stay.* You will not see or hear us, as we will give you complete privacy (and ask the same from you).
