Our pectin may be used in, but not limited to; Jams and jellies, confectionery, bakery items , gluten free products, fruit preparations, beverages, syrups, nutraceutical applications and much more. We offer “user friendly” blends for standard, low or no sugar applications. Whether you need a unique blend or you’re developing a new product, we will work with you to create the exact pectin blend needed for the best product results possible. Our facility can also provide custom dry ingredients blending with production up to 15,000 lbs. per day.
