Winter is one of the best times of the year to experience the grandeur and solitude of Yosemite National Park. Each year as the summer crowds head out, Yosemite transforms into a secluded winter wonderland of snow covered cliffs and peaks. This time of year also features rare sights only seen later in the year including the undulating, slushy “Frazil Ice” rivers and an enormous “snow cone” that piles up beneath Yosemite Falls. Allow one of our knowledgeable Yosemite guides to show you all the mystery and wonder Yosemite has to offer in the winter!

Lasting Adventures are Non-profit Guides in the Yosemite Back Country since 1997. Winter Adventures, Youth Summer Camps, Custom Day Hikes and Backpacking Trips, Adventure Based Outdoor Education, Corporate Adventure Programs, and Family Adventure Programs. Creating Yosemite Memories to Last a Lifetime.
